He also remains actively engaged in the Travel Retail channel, as a go-to specialist for brand owners determined to penetrate this fast growing consumer channel.
Most recently, in February 2019, Art accepted a Board of Director role at The Choice Group, a dynamic Shenzhen, China based ECOM specialist distributor, which specializes in the beauty sector.
Art strongly believes management effectiveness is best measured by documented results and this has been his underlying principle in creating and delivering brand and stakeholder value for over 28 years. He successfully introduced Revlon into GTR (Global Travel Retail), a channel dominated by premium beauty brands, and the impressive results of his leadership are undisputed, with several unique GTR products he created still being market leaders to this present day. Consistent detail focus and coaching in critical brand and team building is also one of his primary strengths and this is clearly validated by the exceptional double digit growth track the Revlon brand enjoyed in the Asia Pacific domestic markets he presided over.
He successfully managed global / regional marketing and sales teams, both direct staff and/or skilled third party distributors/licensees and consultants to at minimum achieve and or significantly exceed annual growth targets for 17 consecutive years.
